Just ask Oscar winner Sandra Bullock. The Miss Congeniality star is a self proclaimed “horrible celebrity,” but always manages to star in films we all love. Ever since her role as Lieutenant Lenina Huxley in 1993?s Demolition Man, there has been no turning back, but it was the year that followed that really took her career to new heights when she starred opposite Keanu Reeves in the blockbuster hit Speed.
Slipping under the radar, and rightfully so, after 2010?s messy divorce from ex hubby Jesse James, Sandra is making her big screen return with the drama Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, which she stars in with Oscar winner Tom Hanks.

Sandra was in consideration for the role of Maggie Carpenter in 1999′s ‘Runaway Bride’, but ultimately it went to Julia Roberts.
Although she loves horses, while filming ‘Two If By Sea’ in 1996, Sandra discovered she was allergic to them.
Sandra’s sister is a baker and also runs a blog Confessions of a (Closet) Master Baker.
